- The 5-Hr class is required for all NYS new drivers and it qualifies participants to register for the NYS road test.
This course covers NYS DMV laws, regulations, guidelines, basic driving skills and maneuvers, rules of the road, the impact of driver feelings, attitude, and emotions on the driving task. It concludes with the impact of drugs and alcohol on the human being and the driving task.
- Requirements: present a valid NYS driver's permit and session fees at time of attendance & registration.

Insurance/Point Reduction Class:
Also known as the "Defensive Driving" Course." Course fee: $40.
- Class covers current research, trends, issues on today's roads, a refresher on the rules of the road, the impact of driver attitudes,
feeelings and emotions on the driving task, and the impact of drugs and alcohol on the driving task.
Requirements: present a valid NYS driver's license and session fees at time of attendance & registration.

Driving School / L.L.C. company policies, protocols, operation, guidelines, & procedures:
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SERVICES ARE PRE-PAID. Vouchers shall be processed, billed, paid, and then service will be scheduled. Also, it is strongly recommended that parents, 21 yrs & up with a valid driver's license, contribute to the learning process by taking their new drivers in the family out to practice the skills taught during the formal driving lessons.
Canceling a scheduled driving lesson:
- We would like a 24-hour notice for any cancellation to allow scheduling other students for that time slot.
-A No-show, or cancelling in less than 24-hrs or upon instructor's arrival to a location for a scheduled driving lesson could result in a full charge for that lesson and an exclusion of any future service.
- Refund Policy: a driving lesson that is paid for and scheduled but not completed within 90 days shall be refunded within seven business days, upon request.
- Acceptable methods of payment: - Cash, Money Order, Bank Check, Credit/Debit Card.
